You will be a highly effective (ECE or Primary) teacher; You will have previously worked in a mentor role and be familiar with the Guidelines for Induction and Mentoring and Mentor Teachers handbook. It is desirable that the successful applicant would also possess experience working in early childhood education.
The role will involve regular individual written observations and reports followed by mentor guidance and feedback. Group meetings, Skype and email communications may be additional methods of required communication.
